There is also no quick-fix when it comes to pelvic healing & homecoming.

When we honour & nurture this sacred part of our anatomy, we are deepening connection with our bodies, ourselves, and our capacity to be intimate with our entire experience.
This practice series lays the essential foundations in education + practices that honour and support the pelvis and pelvic floor (a.k.a the seat of power within the body), that you can carry with you not only within your movement practices, but in your day to day life.
And across all of the evolving seasons and cycles that we experience as women.
The practice series is sequenced in a way that gently unwinds tension, deepens connection and a deep sense of grounding within the body. And gently builds and restores core & pelvic floor intimacy and integrity.
As a Pelvic Therapist, Educator, & Yoga Teacher

Kay’s work integrates her wisdom as a therapist, together with her extensive training & experience as a Yoga Teacher, and specialties in Yoga Therapeutics, Pelvic Floor Yoga Therapy, Yoga & TCM for Women's Health, Embodiment & Somatic Movement, and the Taoist Healing Arts.

Frequently asked questions & important details for participants

Is this immersion suited for pregnancy or shortly after giving birth?
This particular immersion is not designed for pregnancy. If you recently gave birth, whether or not it is suitable for you to join, depends where you are at individually. In general, it is recommended to be at least 6 weeks post birth. Most of the practices can be modified to suit & offer benefit to the healing process, but may require some additional support. If you have any questions, please reach out to me via email before registering to discuss further.

I recently had surgery, or experienced an injury. Is it suitable for me to join?
This will depend on the nature of surgery/injury, and where you are at within your recovery. If you have any concerns about your ability to participate safely please contact me before registering. Please note that all participants are fully responsible for their health & safety. There are further details on the terms & conditions & participant release.

Is this suitable for all levels of experience?
I would recommend this practice series to all women, whether you have no experience or lots of it. The practices are designed to be accessible and provide options to suit all bodies.

What props will I need?
For the most part, you can make do with cushions, and items that you can find around your home. If you don't have some of the props used, you can always begin with practices that don't use many props (such as the bedtime practice). The key items that will be most helpful to have in addition are: 1 x yoga strap. 2 x yoga blocks/ bricks. It may also be helpful to make DIY yoga sandbags (which can be made quite easily with items around your home, which I have shared a tutorial on in the preparation section)
