My name is Kay, and I am the creator of this program...

Over the past decade as a Pelvic Floor Therapist, and Bodyworker I have dedicated 1000s of hours to nurturing women's bodies...

Their belly's, reproductive & pelvic organs, and pelvic floor (aka one's sacred anatomy).

During this time I have witnessed on the most fundamental level the nature of what women are truly experiencing at this time, and,

 most importantly...

What is needed to support those experiences, and to provide a foundation for pelvic health and wellbeing.

It has been this experience that has inspired me to create this immersion.

To bring what I believe to be the most important, effective and supportive techniques, tools and self-care practices to promote and restore pelvic wellbeing.

In this video I share a little more background about this approach, and the specific ways that this modality can be supportive.

Who can it support?

One of my key motivations for wanting to create this immersion and share these practices, is because of the ways that it can naturally

 provide a foundation for pelvic wellbeing, 
and, in particular,
support and meet the needs of what so many women are experiencing at this time.


So, when someone asks me 'who is this immersion for'? 

My honest response is... every woman

This is a self-care practice that I believe every woman needs to have in her 'toolkit'.

This immersion has also be designed intentionally so that each woman will be supported to, both:
Naturally receive the benefits for healing, through the guided practices.
AND be supported to: 
 learn experientially

in a way that ultimately provide the foundations to cultivate her own practice 
that she can carry with her, 
through all of the seasons of her life....

What are some of the key experiences that this immersion can support?

Connection, Sensitisation & Pleasure
+ supports and improves overall connection, feeling and aliveness. Reducing feeling of disconnection and numbness.

Menstrual & Reproductive Health
+ key experiences such as PMS, painful periods, heavy, irregular, & absent periods.

Fibroids, Cysts, PCOS
+ supports healing naturally, and incredibly effective to be combined with other techniques.

Pelvic Pain
+ this is an incredibly important practice for supporting pelvic pain in general, and specific experiences such as vulvodynia, vaginismis, & interstitial cystitis. Can also provide important support for conditions such as Endometriosis and Adenomyosis

Pelvic & Abdominal Tension
+This is one of the most important and effective practices for reducing tension in the belly and pelvis which impacts pelvic health, and also softening protective layers and patterns of tension.

Pelvic Floor Health
+ improving health, experiences of Pelvic Floor Dysfunction PFD, and experiences such as hypertonic tone/  tension. Can also support low tone by improving connection, and balanced engagement.

Digestion & Elimination
+this is an incredible practice for soothing difficulties associated with digestion, and healthy elimination, and improving experiences such as congestion and constipation.

Key features of this immersion:


1. Taoist Abdominal, Reproductive, Pelvic & Breast Self-Care Massage Practices

As soon as you register, you can begin to practice. The foundational practices are divided into 4 chapters, which you can move through in your own space and time.

Each chapter also includes Pelvic Care, Taoist Vitality + Embodiment Practices, designed to compliment the self-massage, and further enrich your experience.

What is the time commitment?

One of the beautiful things about this practice, is that because of the potency of the practice, and the areas of the body that we are working with and supporting...

You can practice 1-2 times per week within your immersion period, and be supported to receive the benefits, and begin to learn naturally through practice.

2. One to One Support  + Expert Guidance

You will also receive access to a

60 minute 1:1 Holistic Pelvic Health Support & Guidance Call.

Within this call, we will look at the nature of your experience, your intention for joining, and how you can tailor this immersion and work with the practices in a way that honours and supports your experience.

This is also where you can receive guidance on practices, lifestyle, nutrition, herbs, and specialised support for your experience.

When to book my call?

You will receive an email once you register with details for booking your call. In general, it is recommended to book your call within the first month, and you can begin to practice first. This way you can also receive any guidance from your practice experience. Other times, such as if you are recovering from something specific or require modifications, you can may also have your call first.

About Kay ~


Kay has dedicated thousands of hours & almost a decade as a Taoist Abdominal, Womb & Pelvic Floor Therapist and Educator, supporting women from around the world to restore pelvic health and well-being. 

Kay’s work integrates her in-depth experience as a therapist, with over 15 years experience as a Yoga Teacher with specialties in Pelvic Floor Yoga Therapy, TCM For Women's Health, Yoga Therapeutics (Applied TCM), Embodiment, Somatics, & The Taoist Healing Arts.

She is passionate about bringing holistic, in-depth, & empowering education on pelvic health into wellness spaces, in a way that supports across all of the interwoven layers of ones experience, and ultimately, strengthens the body's natural capacity to heal.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions & important details for participants

  • I have an IUD (Intrauterine Device/ Mirena), is it suitable for me to join?

    It is not generally recommended to practice while wearing an IUD. There are some modifications that can be made, to receive some of the healing benefits without working as deeply. However, this is quite an extensive immersion & deep dive, you may not receive the same benefit. If you have any questions about this, please contact me via email.

  • Is this immersion suited for pregnancy or shortly after giving birth?

    This particular immersion is not designed for or suited for pregnancy. It is suited to those desiring to be come pregnant/ or preparing for pregnancy, and is also incredibly supportive postpartum. If you recently gave birth, whether or not it is the right time for you to join, depends where you are at individually. Because this immersion includes a 1:1 call, we can discuss any modifications & adjustments on your call, and tailor it to your experience. The general recommendation is to be approximately 6 weeks post birth before beginning a gentle practice, but it will depend on where you are at. It may just be a matter of some subtle adjustments, and modifications, which we can discuss in your 1:1 call. For instance, you may begin with the pelvic breathing practice, and pelvic presence rest practice for 1-2 weeks, & perhaps castor oil + heat packs before moving into self-massage. Please reach out to me via email if you have any questions.

  • I have a diastasis recti ~ is it suitable to join?

    Each situation is unique from person to person. In general, because of the depth we work along the centre line of the body, I wouldn't recommend joining. However, because there can still be great benefit, you are welcome to join, so long as you are happy to modify your practice. If you are happy to join with some modification, you are welcome to join.

  • I recently had surgery, or experienced an injury. Is it suitable for me to join?

    This will depend on the nature of surgery/injury, and where you are at within your recovery. If you have any concerns about your ability to participate safely please contact me before registering. In some cases, additional information & clearance may be needed. Please note that all participants are fully responsible for their health & safety. There are further details on the terms & conditions & participant release. You are welcome to reach out to me before hand, and if it is appropriate/ supportive for you to join, we can discuss any modifications & support in your 1:1 call.

  • Is this program a formal course or a facilitator training?

    No. This immersion / experience is purely designed for self-care, to support your pelvic health & wellbeing, and to support you to cultivate tools & practices that you can carry with you moving forward. It has not been designed as a formal course of facilitator training. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.

  • How do I book my 1:1 call, and what are the available times?

    After registration, you will receive an email with details on booking your call, and to find a time that suits both timezones. There are also some details within the platform about Kays general availability for each month. There is no need to book in your call before you get started, and is generally recommended that you begin to practice first. That way you can also ask questions or receive support for any experiences that you may have. It is recommended to book your call for around 1-3 weeks after registration.
